About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead onboarding and integration of Treasury Management products and services for the bank’s highest revenue-generating clients
  • Lead complex Treasury Management implementations involving multiple products, regions, business lines, and stakeholders
  • Establish project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and success criteria with clients and internal partners
  • Drive implementation outcomes through risk identification, mitigation planning, and stakeholder engagement
  • Lead large-scale initiatives affecting Treasury Management operations, implementation practices, and client experience
  • Develop project plans, milestones, resource requirements, risk assessments, communication plans, and reporting mechanisms
  • Partner across Treasury Management, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Risk Management
  • Track project performance, identify obstacles, recommend solutions, and communicate status to internal partners and leadership
  • Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, stakeholder discussions, and governance reviews
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance to less experienced team members
  • Support change management for new products, system enhancements, regulatory requirements, and strategic initiatives
  • Evaluate business needs and develop recommendations supporting strategic priorities
  • Represent the department on enterprise committees, project teams, and working groups
  • Ensure implementation and project activities comply with policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards
  • Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security, and suspicious activity reporting requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically five to eight years of related experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Management products, implementation processes, and operational procedures
  • Demonstrated project management experience leading large-scale, complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong analytical, organizational, consulting, problem-solving, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and communicate with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, project management tools, reporting, and data analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality results
  • 5–8 years of related Treasury Management, implementation, operations, project management, or business analysis experience preferred
  • Compliance with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and workplace conduct and safety policies
