About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the overall affluent client experience
- Collaborate with relevant entities to deliver the full spectrum of U.S. Bank products and services
- Identify and coordinate with experts in mortgage, small business banking, and personal trust services
- Develop, manage, and retain Affluent Wealth Management client relationships
- Proactively contact assigned and prospective clients
- Provide expert advice and counsel on affluent wealth banking client relationships
- Understand clients’ needs and goals
- Recommend appropriate product and service solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Seven or more years of experience in Wealth Management private banking
- Series 6-63 or Series 7-63 licenses
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Successful completion of the NMLS registration process, including criminal background and credit checks
- SIE at a minimum strongly preferred
- Strong relationship management, sales, and business development skills
- Significant understanding of Wealth products and offerings
- Advanced competency in Financial Planning
- Demonstrated expertise in engaging in wealth discussions with clients to drive strong increase book of business
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make critical decisions independently
- Effective writing, speaking and presentation skills
- Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
