About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Liaise between Marketing Operations, business teams, IT, marketing technology, and development teams
  • Develop functional specifications, use cases, workflow diagrams, and support documentation
  • Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies
  • Identify process optimization, operational efficiency, and user adoption opportunities
  • Establish and support governance standards for platform utilization
  • Develop and communicate reporting insights, performance metrics, and recommendations
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery
  • Facilitate meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications
  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of Adobe Workfront initiatives
  • Support access management, including user provisioning and deprovisioning
  • Maintain the Adobe Workfront User SharePoint site with training materials, documentation, and access resources
  • Provide Q&A support to product users and interface with shared support teams for issue resolution
  • Assist in developing and delivering Workfront training sessions and promoting best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
  • Familiarity with Adobe Workfront and Jira
  • Experience supporting enterprise workflow platforms and marketing operations
  • Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management and documentation
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Stakeholder engagement, consensus-building, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience in marketing operations and project management solutions such as Adobe Workfront
  • Experience with SharePoint site management and user access controls
  • Knowledge/training equivalent to at least one advanced certification in Agile or project management methodologies
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Must work from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week
  • Applicants must be able to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and workplace conduct and safety policies
