About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive improvements in organizational processes by applying multiple methodologies, supporting automation and decision-making
- Develop process architecture diagrams, empathy maps, customer journeys, and BPMN models
- Conduct mapping and diagnostic interviews with the areas involved
- Monitor process performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Analyze and document system requirements
- Lead lower-complexity projects, managing timelines, scope, and deliverables
- Support strategic planning execution by tracking action plans, OKRs, and KPIs
- Consolidate management reports, dashboards, and benchmarks
- Act as a change agent and promote the operating model, guiding teams in adopting established improvements and practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Process Management, or Engineering
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in progress in a related field preferred
- Knowledge of BPM, PDCA, BSC, ISO 9001, FNQ, agile methodologies, customer journey mapping, process architecture, and SIPOC
- Proficiency with Bizagi, Visio, or similar tools
- Knowledge of Kanban, Scrum, and UML
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, including PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and hybrid approaches
- Knowledge of strategic planning frameworks, including BSC and OKRs
- Experience gathering and documenting system requirements
- Knowledge of portfolio prototyping and continuing education courses in UX and Design
