Contract LCSW/LMFT
UCSF Pediatrics. Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes .
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes
- Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation
- Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations
- Participate in occasional meetings related to network expansion and market launch
- Participate in 1-2 user research interviews to understand the Illinois landscape, including provider and patient attitudes toward care
- Help identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space and facilitate introductions where appropriate
- Support the launch of behavioral health services in Arizona through payer enrollment, credentialing, and clinical readiness activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active, unrestricted Illinois license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist
- Eligible for credentialing with commercial and government payers
- Experience delivering behavioral health services in outpatient or telehealth settings preferred
- Strong organizational skills and timely completion of credentialing requirements
- Interest in supporting innovative, technology-enabled care delivery models
- Active Illinois Medicaid enrollment preferred
- Illinois state residency required
