About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered enterprise solutions in UiPath’s Healthcare business
- Transform early-stage, customer-specific solutions into scalable, configurable, repeatable software products
- Reduce custom development, streamline implementations, and accelerate customer time-to-value
- Translate customer needs, business objectives, and market opportunities into product requirements and prioritized roadmaps
- Establish product success metrics for adoption, customer satisfaction, deployment efficiency, and commercial performance
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through design, development, launch, and iteration
- Partner with engineering and design on requirements, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release management, and cross-functional execution
- Improve product scalability, configurability, usability, and implementation efficiency
- Develop prototypes, wireframes, and functional concepts using AI-assisted development and prototyping tools
- Balance customer requirements with long-term scalability, maintainability, and commercial viability
- Establish product operating rhythms and development best practices
- Engage enterprise customers to understand workflows, pain points, requirements, and innovation opportunities
- Incorporate customer feedback and production learnings into product priorities
- Translate common customer requirements into reusable product capabilities
- Improve customer onboarding, data ingestion, configuration, and self-service capabilities
- Partner with industry specialists on meaningful business solutions
- Develop product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategies, enablement materials, demonstrations, and training resources
- Support product launches, adoption initiatives, and commercialization
- Collaborate across teams to deliver technically successful, repeatable, marketable, and commercially scalable products
Requirements
What you’ll need- U.S. Citizenship (required for this role)
- 7+ years of product management experience preferred; exceptional candidates with fewer years and rapid career progression considered
- Demonstrated success owning products from concept, MVP, or early customer deployments through launch, adoption, and scale
- Strong product management fundamentals, including product discovery, roadmap development, requirements definition, prioritization, and agile execution
- Experience working closely with software engineering teams to deliver complex products and features
- Ability to translate business and customer requirements into detailed product specifications and actionable engineering deliverables
- Strong understanding of software product development, including architecture, scalability, usability, and technical tradeoffs
- Ability to create prototypes and articulate product concepts
- Experience incorporating customer feedback, usage data, and market insights into product decisions
- Experience with product launches, go-to-market planning, sales enablement, and commercialization
- Strong business judgment and ability to balance customer needs, engineering capacity, product quality, and revenue opportunities
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment
- Healthcare industry experience is not required
- Nice-to-have experience with customer-specific solution productization, AI-powered products, generative AI, intelligent automation, agentic workflows, AI-assisted prototyping, configurable enterprise applications, workflow products, automation solutions, healthcare technology, and enterprise sales organizations
