About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review, edit and organize business and executive communications
  • Coordinate projects from start to finish, track action items, follow up on deadlines and keep team members informed
  • Research business topics, compile information and prepare communications to support decisions and recommendations
  • Maintain department documentation, processes and procedures
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of administrative or clerical experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
  • All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
