About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with business teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve processes, solve business challenges and support strategic goals
- Design, build and deploy AI solutions, including machine learning models, GenAI applications, agents and data pipelines
- Monitor and optimize solutions in production using performance data and user feedback
- Help establish development standards, reusable tools and best practices as Uline expands its AI capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- 2+ years of AI, machine learning, data science or software engineering experience
- Hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models and GenAI applications
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience building data pipelines and integrating data across systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information
- Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery
- All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
