About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supervise daily activities of maintenance, security, grounds and custodial teams
  • Assign duties in carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, HVAC, roofing and security
  • Inspect buildings, sites and equipment for needed repairs
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required
  • Work with vendors and oversee contracted services
  • Maintain records and prepare work orders, staffing reports and audits for management review
  • Assist with maintenance work

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of management or leadership experience
  • Experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP), landscaping, HVAC and electrical systems
  • Ability to assist with maintenance work
  • Availability for after-hours and weekend on-call services as needed
  • Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
  • Must work on-site
