About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as Uline's quality expert for an assigned product line
  • Analyze customer comments and product returns to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction
  • Partner with product managers, purchasing vendors and warehouse teams to address quality concerns and implement solutions
  • Work directly with Uline vendors to facilitate the product return and credit process
  • Assist with new product and vendor check-ins to ensure products meet Uline's quality standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
  • Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
  • Must work on-site
