Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written forms
  • Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
  • Must work on-site
  • Full-time availability Friday–Tuesday, 9 PM–5:30 AM
  • Ability to complete approximately 6–7 months of weekday daytime training, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5 PM
