Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
Prior customer service experience is a plus
Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
Must work on-site
Full-time overnight schedule: Friday–Tuesday, 9 PM–5:30 AM
Training schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5 PM for approximately 6–7 months
