About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a main point of contact for the Billing team in Mexico
Improve systems and processes to streamline operations across North America

Perform root-cause analysis and provide clear reports and insights

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
Major in Finance or Accounting preferred
2+ years in business process optimization, change management or a related area
Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Bilingual (English / Spanish), fluent in both verbal and written forms
Available for travel to Uline’s North American locations
