Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and improve technology processes for the department
Build efficiencies through automation and effective use of data
Investigate, analyze and resolve user issues supporting Finance operations
Maintain and test department software systems for correct setup and reliable performance
Collaborate with Finance teams to deliver solutions meeting project requirements and business needs
Identify opportunities to enhance processes and reporting solutions for efficient Finance operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL
Experience using VBA, Python or other programming languages
Working knowledge of Power BI preferred
Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend workflow enhancements
Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment is an asset
Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
All positions are on-site
