About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide executive-level leadership for Uline’s Security Operating Model
  • Identify staffing needs and third-party vendors to mitigate risk
  • Build, develop and lead Information Security teams
  • Set clear expectations to support performance, accountability and long-term talent development
  • Define and drive the organization’s enterprise-wide security strategy based on business objectives and risk tolerance
  • Oversee security policies, standards and controls that meet regulatory requirements and protect the business
  • Report on security risks, incidents and performance to executive leadership
  • Provide actionable insights to executive leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or similar
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in Information Security
  • 5+ years in a leadership position
  • Strong background in building and executing enterprise security programs
  • Hands-on knowledge of security frameworks, risk management and data protection practices
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Must comply with Uline's pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
  • Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery
