About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review a high volume of daily customer orders supporting Uline’s U.S. and Mexico operations
- Analyze account history, credit reports and payment trends to determine credit limits
- Provide customer service by phone and email regarding credit decisions and account inquiries
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports
- Present insights to leadership to support business decisions
- Evaluate high-risk or potentially fraudulent order activity and take appropriate action
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree; a focus in Finance or Accounting preferred
- 2+ years of experience in credit, customer service or collections a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong analytical, multitasking and decision-making skills
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, verbally and in writing
- Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
- All positions are on-site
