Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
Prior customer service experience is a plus
Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
Ability to work on-site
Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
Must work one of the available full-time shifts in a 24/7 operation
