Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support direct marketing strategy through data-driven campaign recommendations, project management and improved reporting processes
  • Execute marketing campaigns, including setup, targeting, approvals, auditing and invoicing
  • Analyze campaign performance, data and processes to identify trends
  • Develop performance reporting and recommend improvements
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Present insights to executive leadership to guide decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Marketing experience or related coursework preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in SAS, SQL or other programming and statistical tools a plus
  • All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
  • All positions are on-site
