Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years leading high-volume distribution operations
  • Direct leadership of warehouse managers and teams of 400+ people
  • Proven success improving productivity, quality and safety through operational leadership
  • Experience leading with KPIs, performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Strong problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
  • Must work in a drug-free workplace
