About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Direct daily Corporate building operations
- Ensure Uline’s quality and performance standards are met
- Oversee a Facilities team of 150+ employees
- Foster a positive culture and ensure efficient operations
- Conduct facilities audits and resolve issues with managers
- Manage third-party vendors and contractors supporting custodial, food services, landscaping, FF&E and facility projects
- Develop budgets and reports to shape long-term strategy for facility projects and operations
- Elevate the workplace experience across Uline’s HQ buildings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of experience managing facilities teams
- Experience managing large corporate offices, grounds, food service, etc.
- Finance or Accounting knowledge a plus
- All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
- Must work on-site
