Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead Uline’s long-term hosting and infrastructure strategy, aligning technology investments with business growth, security and resiliency
  • Drive modernization across storage, virtualization and container platforms while advancing Uline’s AI infrastructure strategy
  • Guide technology architecture, standards and lifecycle planning to improve performance and manage risk
  • Partner with senior IT and business leaders on technology roadmaps, disaster recovery and business continuity
  • Manage strategic vendor relationships, budgets and contracts to optimize technology investments
  • Develop leaders and technical teams, promoting accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure or hosting services, including leadership of managers and technical teams
  • Strong technical knowledge of enterprise hosting technologies, including Windows, Linux, storage, virtualization and container platforms
  • Proven success leading large-scale infrastructure modernization and technology transformation initiatives
  • Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery
  • All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
