About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Test and implement software applications to deliver reliable technology solutions supporting business needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate teams
- Protect company devices and systems through patch management and endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools
- Identify and document technology and process improvements to enhance system performance and ensure efficient operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in desktop support, systems administration or end-user computing environments
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments using endpoint management, virtualization and core networking technologies
- Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
- Must be able to work on-site
- Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery
