About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Research and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Maintain department reports, including account analysis, reconciliations and accounting adjustments
  • Review payment data from third-party partners and match it to customer accounts
  • Support seamless financial transactions and maintain account accuracy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Accounts receivable or banking experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong communication and typing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Availability on Monday and Friday
  • Additional availability on Thursdays is a plus
  • Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
  • Must work on-site
  • Must work in a drug-free workplace
