About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Maintain department reports, including account analysis, reconciliations and accounting adjustments.
  • Review payment data from third-party partners and match to customer accounts.
  • Join the Finance team supporting seamless financial transactions and account accuracy for Uline.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Accounts receivable or banking experience a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication and typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Availability Monday and Friday; additional availability on Thursdays is a plus.
  • Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
  • Must work on-site.
