About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the planning, coordination, execution and completion of IT Application Development projects
- Organize and facilitate project meetings and collaborative working sessions with senior IT and business leaders
- Create detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, risk assessments and staffing needs
- Provide clear and informative project updates to stakeholders
- Monitor and document project risks and issues, escalating them with solutions as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of IT project management experience leading complex, custom software development
- Proficient in AI tools, including Copilot, Claude or similar
- Experience managing teams that deliver agentic AI software solutions preferred
- Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery
- Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
