About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage over 100 of Uline’s largest and most complex customer accounts to shape sales strategy across North American locations
  • Deliver effective product solutions and pricing recommendations to support customer needs and business objectives
  • Assist customers with eProcurement and eInvoicing implementations
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings with leadership to review performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, Uline’s regional locations and corporate teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous sales experience
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to navigate challenging conversations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention-to-detail
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the year
  • Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
  • All positions are on-site
