About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct onboarding for all new hires
- Provide mentoring and follow-up training for new hires
- Create, update and maintain department training materials
- Facilitate development training sessions to drive success and ensure high performance
- Create and deliver newsletters, policy updates and training memos
- Monitor and report employee development progress to leadership
- Oversee training and development for Uline’s Finance team
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a Finance role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong time management, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to travel to Uline’s North American locations for auditing and training as needed
- Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
- Must work on-site
