About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement and optimize IT networks and cloud environments across the full Data Center lifecycle
Ensure reliable Data Center network operations
Oversee and develop a team of network engineers
Foster a culture of high performance and collaboration
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as SD-WAN and zero-trust network access
Partner with IT teams to align Data Center network architecture with security and business objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
Major in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar preferred
7+ years of network engineering experience
2+ years in a team lead or leadership role
Proficient in routing and switching protocols, including BGP, OSPF, and MPLS
Hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies and network monitoring tools
CCNA or CCNP certification preferred
Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery
Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
Must work on-site
