About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Turn complex business data into clear insights, recommendations and presentations for leadership
  • Analyze branch performance, productivity and error trends to identify root causes and recommend improvements
  • Own analytical projects from identifying business opportunities through recommending solutions and measuring results
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service and Distribution Operations teams to understand business needs and support strategic initiatives
  • Use SQL and Power BI to develop reporting tools that uncover trends and measure performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Major in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering preferred
  • 3+ years of analyst experience
  • Experience in auditing and data analytics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SQL and Power BI
  • Knowledge in VBA and Power Automate preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Must work Monday–Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM
  • Must work at the Toronto Branch location
