About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate with the Warehouse team on product Quality Control initiatives
- Support secondary vendor and new vendor check-ins, ensuring products adhere to Uline's quality standards
- Review returned product for proper documentation and maintain quality records
- Conduct detailed product testing and inspections to identify quality issues
- Work with vendors to resolve quality issues and facilitate the return and credit process
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of quality assurance or vendor management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent analytical, multi-tasking and organizational skills with relentless attention to detail
- Able to move packages up to 70 lbs.
- Available for travel to Uline's North American locations
- Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
- Must work on-site
