About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a team of QA analysts and automation engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship
- Develop quality strategies aligned with business priorities to reduce risk and ensure reliable, high-performing applications
- Advance automation and AI-assisted testing through innovative tools, frameworks and best practices
- Partner with business and technology teams to build quality into application delivery from planning through release
- Track and report quality metrics to guide leadership decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and automated testing
- 3+ years in a leadership or mentoring capacity
- Ability to translate business requirements into risk-based testing strategies
- Working knowledge of RESTful architecture
- Hands-on API testing experience
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must comply with Uline's pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
- Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery
