About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for warehouse, customer service, office and sales teams
  • Recruit active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media and networking relationships
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties, required qualifications and skills, and prepare recruitment plans
  • Interview applicants to evaluate alignment with position requirements
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other talent organizations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
  • 3+ years of HR recruitment / talent acquisition experience
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office
  • Available for travel to job fairs, recruitment events and field locations
  • Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
  • Must work on-site
