About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a go-to resource for customers and Sales Representatives, answering questions and helping keep orders moving
  • Respond to customer calls and Sales Representative emails with fast, friendly service
  • Prepare customer quotes, process orders and coordinate pricing with vendors
  • Support Sales Leadership with reporting, projects and day-to-day needs
  • Work Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2 years of office experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and time-management skills
  • Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
  • Must work on-site
