About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and manage the CMDB, ensuring data is accurate, current and properly documented
- Develop reports and dashboards providing actionable insights for audits, configuration status, lifecycle and executive decision-making
- Improve data accuracy through automated workflows, discovery tools and system integrations
- Establish and implement Configuration and Asset Management systems, standards and policies
- Collaborate across teams to gather and analyze data and translate findings into scalable CMDB capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of IT experience
- Strong understanding of ITSM products such as ServiceNow, Flexera One, HP Service Manager or BMC Atrium
- Practical coding and automation skills with PowerShell, Python, SQL, APIs or similar technologies
- Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills
- Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery
- All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
