Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field
  • 10+ years of HR and talent acquisition experience in high-growth, shift or warehouse settings
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Knowledge of federal and Texas employment laws
  • Travel for initial training at Uline’s North American locations
  • Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
  • Ability to work on-site
