About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own procurement strategy for IT hardware, software and services, aligning sourcing decisions with business goals
- Lead vendor relationships, including negotiations, contract optimization and performance management
- Analyze technology spend and market trends using reporting and dashboards to inform sourcing strategy and drive cost savings
- Oversee and continuously improve procurement processes, including purchase order workflows
- Partner with IT and business leaders across North America to align purchasing priorities and influence decisions through data-driven insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology or related field
- 5+ years of experience in purchasing, vendor relations and contract negotiations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
- Must comply with Uline's pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
- Must be eligible to work without H-1B lottery sponsorship, as Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery
