Manage Uline’s ServiceNow platform, including applications, modules and workflows, to meet business needs
Provide technical support by troubleshooting platform issues
Resolve incidents and ensure timely issue resolution
Monitor system performance
Manage upgrades and maintain user access
Build custom dashboards and reports to identify trends and support continuous service improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
2+ years of experience in administering End User Computing (EUC) applications preferred
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, JavaScript and ServiceNow customization
Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery
