About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead delivery of technical solutions by partnering with business and IT teams
- Analyze and document business processes, underlying systems and applications
- Identify process and system improvements and develop best practices
- Translate business needs and requirements into solution specifications, process flows, mock-ups and wireframes
- Coordinate solution development, system testing and implementation activities
- Support successful project delivery across Uline's North American company
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role
- 4+ years of IT experience with exposure to application development or equivalent
- Experience using AI tools to support application development is a plus
- All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
- Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery
