About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and manage Microsoft Power Platforms, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Copilot Studio
Partner with business teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver high-performance, efficient solutions
Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to streamline processes, reporting and user setup across Microsoft 365 and Power Platforms
Promote best practices and provide system support through documentation, training and cross-team collaboration
Serve as a Power Platform expert for Uline, a large U.S. e-commerce company

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform and PowerShell
Working knowledge of Entra ID and Microsoft 365 security and compliance
Experience with Copilot Studio and Azure automation tools preferred
Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery
