About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop a team of analysts
- Analyze tax data to identify trends
- Improve reporting and deliver insights supporting business decisions
- Coach and mentor team members through regular feedback, guidance and support
- Review team reporting and analyses for quality, accuracy and data integrity
- Monitor workflow and team performance to keep projects on track and meet deadlines
- Partner with department management to implement process improvements
- Oversee reporting and tools supporting Uline's Tax operations
- Translate tax data into actionable insights
- Support success across Uline's growing North American company
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 2+ years of analyst experience (24 months minimum)
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Proficient in SQL and Excel
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- Strong multi-tasking, interpersonal and communication skills
- Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
- Must work on-site
