About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Direct Uline's IT security program, aligning security priorities and execution with business objectives and risk tolerance
Lead and develop Uline's Information Security team, establishing clear roles, career paths and succession plans
Establish and execute security policies, standards and controls protecting company systems, data and operations while meeting regulatory requirements
Oversee security investments, staffing strategies and third-party partnerships
Evaluate security risks, incidents and program effectiveness
Provide recommendations and updates to executive leadership
Partner with the CIO and IT leadership to advance security capabilities, manage risk and support business growth

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
15+ years of progressive experience in Information Security
5+ years in a leadership role
Proven success building and leading enterprise security programs
Hands-on knowledge of security frameworks, risk management and data protection practices
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
CISSP, CISM or CRISC certifications preferred
Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery
