About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead infrastructure operations across North America supporting mission-critical supply chain and corporate systems
- Partner with business and technology leaders to ensure infrastructure supports strategic priorities and operational success
- Define and execute Uline’s technology infrastructure strategy aligned to business growth and long-term objectives
- Drive modernization across data center, cloud, network and end-user environments
- Guide infrastructure investment planning, balancing resiliency, performance and cost effectiveness
- Build and lead a high-performing leadership team focused on accountability, succession planning and continuous improvement
- Report to the CIO
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- 15+ years of IT infrastructure leadership in large, complex enterprise environments
- Proven success leading mission-critical infrastructure operations across multiple sites
- Experience managing a large-scale data center
- Strong track record of collaboration to align technology strategy with business goals
- Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
- Must be willing to work on-site
- Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery
