About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program with on-the-job learning
  • Participate in hands-on training across inbound, outbound, and supporting warehouse departments
  • Develop Warehouse Management skills to maintain exceptional accuracy, safety, and performance
  • Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications throughout warehouse job rotations
  • Work overnight Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with ability to multitask
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
  • Must complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications throughout warehouse job rotations
