About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete an 18-month rotational program learning all aspects of warehouse operations management
  • Participate in hands-on training across inbound, outbound, and supporting warehouse departments
  • Develop warehouse management skills to maintain high accuracy, safety, and performance
  • Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications during warehouse rotations
  • Work one of the available Monday–Friday or Sunday–Thursday shifts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with ability to multitask
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must complete pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
  • Role is safety sensitive for drug testing purposes
