About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program providing on-the-job learning
Participate in hands-on training across inbound, outbound, and supporting warehouse departments
Develop Warehouse Management skills to uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety, and performance
Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications throughout warehouse job rotations
Work Sunday to Thursday, 7 PM to 3:30 AM

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment
Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Strong attention to detail
Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
Must complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications throughout warehouse job rotations
