About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform operational activities related to benefits administration, including medical, dental, meal voucher, food voucher, transportation voucher, private pension, and other corporate benefits
- Process employee enrollments, terminations, and record changes in supplier systems and portals
- Support employees through tickets, workflows, and other service channels
- Clarify questions and assist in resolving benefits-related requests
- Assist with reviewing invoices, issuing payment slips, managing collections, and preparing benefits reports
- Identify and flag any discrepancies
- Support the processing and monitoring of payments made to suppliers
- Keep the department’s controls, spreadsheets, reports, and KPIs up to date
- Work collaboratively with suppliers and internal departments to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables meet quality standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Accounting, or a related field
- Previous experience with HR operations and/or benefits administration routines
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience supporting internal customers and handling service tickets
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation applicable to benefits administration
- Knowledge of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and employee data processing
- Availability to work on-site in Campinas, São Paulo
- Experience with HR, payroll, or benefits administration systems
- Knowledge of LG, SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar tools
- Experience working in Shared Services Centers (SSCs)
- Experience managing tickets and workflows
- Experience supporting a large volume of employees
