About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to event production
- Manage a high volume of contractual instruments, ensuring deadlines are met and outstanding items for each location are tracked
- Organize and monitor the project’s contract workflow, from request through negotiation, signing, and filing
- Create and maintain up-to-date trackers, timelines, and legal controls
- Monitor deadlines, owners, internal approvals, and outstanding documents, following up with the relevant teams
- Identify legal and contractual risks and support the development of practical solutions to enable project delivery
- Provide legal support to Production, Operations, Commercial, Finance, and other involved teams
- Track key metrics and prepare periodic reports on the project’s legal and contractual status
- Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of the operation’s legal workflows, documents, and processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree and active membership in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Relevant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
- Experience in project management, Legal Operations, or Legal PMO
- Ability to manage a high volume of demands and tight deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Experience in entertainment, events, advertising, cultural production, or related industries (a plus)
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Teams, Monday.com, Trello, or similar platforms (a plus)
- Experience creating and monitoring legal dashboards and metrics (a plus)
- Individual Microentrepreneur (MEI) arrangements are not accepted
