About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the production and execution of Trade Marketing projects, activations, and Live Marketing initiatives, from receipt of the brief through implementation and final delivery
Lead supplier quotations, negotiations, and contracting
Prepare and monitor budgets, schedules, and production controls
Manage suppliers for visual communications, printing, carpentry, scenography, promotional items, uniforms, logistics, and other production areas
Oversee the development and production of point-of-sale (POS) materials, activations, events, and special projects
Ensure deadlines, quality standards, technical specifications, and compliance with approved budgets
Coordinate logistics, assembly, installation, dismantling, and distribution of materials
Provide on-site oversight of setups and executions when necessary
Identify production risks and unforeseen issues, proposing solutions with agility and autonomy
Maintain communication with Account Management, Creative, Planning, and other relevant teams
Organize documentation, purchase orders, approvals, receipts, and information required for project closeout
Develop and maintain supplier relationships, seeking improved commercial terms, quality, and efficiency
Manage multiple projects of varying sizes and levels of complexity simultaneously

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor’s degree is preferred, ideally in Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Production, or a related field
Knowledge of graphic production, visual communications, carpentry, scenography, point-of-sale (POS) materials, promotional items, and logistics
Experience with quotations, negotiations and supplier management, budget control, schedules, and production and setup oversight
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365, including Planner and related project management tools
Familiarity with AI tools will be considered an advantage
Individual Microentrepreneur (MEI) arrangements are not accepted
Availability to work on-site Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays
