Key responsibilities & impact

Build positive, fruitful and lasting relationships with Umpisa clients and partners
Prospect, qualify leads, write proposals and negotiate with select clientele
Conduct account planning and relationship mapping
Monitor business, industry and technology trends
Develop a contact network to attract new clients and research market opportunities
Oversee growth projects, make sales projections and forecast revenue
Lead market research plans to identify new opportunities
Work with stakeholders to implement sales and marketing strategies
Ensure the company meets revenue targets
Analyze current and past financial data and develop strategies to increase revenue
Assist in developing and pitching to potential strategic partners or investors

Requirements

1–4 years minimum experience in the corporate world, trade/field sales, business development, project management or product management
Bachelor’s degree in business management, accounting, or finance is preferred
Currently residing in Metro Manila is preferred
Prior leadership experience at work, university or community is preferred
