About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end project delivery using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects within scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives
Develop, maintain, and secure approvals for Project Plans and Work Plans
Prepare and present Project Status Reports covering schedule, scope, quality, risks, and overall project health
Monitor and track project budgets, costs, and resource utilization
Identify, document, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
Ensure timely resolution and escalation of project risks and issues when necessary
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Manage and allocate project resources to optimize delivery and team performance
Drive development and continuous improvement of delivery processes and pipelines
Ensure project deliverables comply with organizational standards, governance, and quality requirements
Facilitate project meetings, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder communications
Support continuous process improvement initiatives
Prepare project deliverables including Kickoff Deck, Project Management Plan and Schedule, Warranty Support Contract, and Project Closure Report

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, Delivery Management, or Program Management
Proven experience managing end-to-end IT projects using both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies
Strong knowledge of project management principles, project lifecycle, risk management, scope management, budget tracking, and resource planning
Experience managing cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, business analysts, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously while meeting schedule, scope, quality, and budget objectives
Experience preparing and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, work plans, status reports, risk registers, and issue logs
Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar platforms
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Experience in resource planning, workload management, and vendor coordination is an advantage
Familiarity with SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and software development best practices is preferred
Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent are highly preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities
Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, and self-starting abilities
Preference for candidates residing in Metro Manila
